发酵过程使用塑胶桶，以便以得到酵素和有益细菌
 Do not waste the vegetables.  The farmer collected the spoiled  vegetables and let it ferment

别浪费蔬菜。农夫会把腐坏了的蔬菜收集一起再自然发酵

 After the vegetables have  been fermented, it will turn  into this organic fertilizer.
