Retail Management Trainee

We are a well established organic food chain store company that currently have 14 outlets throughout Malaysia and expanding fast, so we are looking for energetic and passionate retail management trainee, that will train for 1 year by our management team with health, organic, marketing and management knowledge to serve and consult our customers about how to achieve healthy lifestyle thru organic diet. Besides that your accountabilities will include communication skills, right working attitudes, lovely heart, patience, sales performance, directing and motivating staff and etc........

  • -Above 21 years old
    -Diploma or higher education qualification
    -Able to work on weekend during the training period
    -Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
    -Interested on health and organic food
    -Training will be provided
    -Posses pleasant characteristic, responsible, friendly,  communication skill and leadership quality

Responsibilities:

During the 1 year training program, you will need to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • -service customer by giving consultation about organic and health knowledge
  • -settle the routine work in the shop
  • -place order to head office and supplier
  • -keep cleanliness and tidiness of shop

Nutritionist

  • -Above 21 years old
    -Posses Degree Of Nutritionist
    -Able to communicate and write in Mandarin and English
    -Interested on health and organic food
    -Training will be provided
    -Posses own transport
    -Posses pleasant characteristic, responsible, friendly and communication skill

Shop Advisor

  • -Above 18 years old
    -SPM or higher education qualification
    -Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
    -Able to work on weekend
    -Interested on health and organic food
    -Training will be provided
  • -Posses pleasant characteristic, responsible, friendly and  communication skill

Part-Time Shop Advisor

  • -Above 18 years old
    -SPM or higher education qualification
    -Able to communicate in Mandarin and English
    -Able to work on weekend
    -Interested on health and organic food
    -Training will be provided
    -Posses pleasant characteristic, responsible, friendly and communication skill
  • -1 week work about 5-6 days including weekend, the working hour will be 10.00a.m – 2.30p.m / 2.30p.m – 7.30p.m / 10.30a.m – 3p.m / 3p.m–8p.m
  •  -RM4 to RM5 per hour
  •  -Able to work at least half a year
