How long have you been working at BMS Organics?
I have been with BMS Organics for more than two years. I get to know this  company through a friend, only then I come to know about organics. Later, I found that many customers came into organic shop, mainly to regain their health composure.

Why would you choose this job?
My previous jobs were different in totally nature with current job. I had no idea about organic concept. Given this opportunity, I wholeheartedly  want to learn. I believe when I learn more and understand better, I can help others with my knowledge.

Do you find working at BMS Organics meaningful?
What is your biggest gain thus far?
The great aim and biggest gain of working in BMS Organics is the knowledge acquired, at the same time to have self-expectation of “keep progressing”. The Company has inspired me that reading is important. Having worked at BMS Organics for some time, besides gaining a lot of knowledge, I also gradually learned about suitable products for different kinds of body conditions.

Is there any case, throughout your employment with BMS Organics that people have regained their health composure?
I found that a lot of people buy organic food but they do not know why they choose organic food. Generally, people think about organic food as good, expensive food. Some even misunderstood that organic food is needed when someone is sick. Although I have not helped seriously ill patients since working in BMS Organics, I have accessed to a lot of people with diabetes, high blood pressure. Therefore, I think the most important thing is to help every customer to establish good eating habits, and be benefited with good health from there.

Do you and your family members enjoy better health after you have joined BMS Organics?
My family has been growing vegetables in their own yard, but they do not understand what is organic food. I used to like eating meat very much, and suffered from serious gastric problem. In these two years, I gradually change my eating habits, and find out that my acidic body has improved a lot, whilst my family members begin to accept the BMS organic products, and to experience good health from the good food.

As a BMS Organics employee, how do you feel you can play your part in fighting global warming?
There have been many natural disasters occurrence in the world, I realise that we should not delay in environmental protection. I am doing  my  best  to  contribute  to  that. I  am  glad to know that the Company has made a stance in environmental protection. Of course, I must first do it myself before I can educate others. Material wise, I do not require much. I try to buy less in order to reduce wastage. I  always  encourage  customers  to  use environmentally-friendly bags, reduce the use of plastic bags, so that every one of us can do our part in environmental protection.
