香菇纤维
Shiitake Mushroom Cube       
120克/grams
有机豆腐卜(切半)
Organic Fried Tofu (Taufu Pok) 
(Cut into Half)

姜(切块)
Ginger (Sliced)
100克/grams 
有机黑豆(浸泡)
Organic Black Bean (Soaked)
100克/grams
水 Water 2公升/litres
有机果寡糖(液体)
Organic Oligo Answer (Liquid)
50毫升/millilitres
 有机苹果醋
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
80毫升/millilitres
 有机橄榄油
Some Organic Olive Oil

调味料 Seasonings 

有机84活性海盐(粗)
Organic 84 Live Sea Salt (Coarse) 
2茶匙/teaspoons
有机黑酱油
Organic Thick Black Soya Sauce
3匙/tablespoons
有机黑金糖蜜
Organic Blackstrap Molasses
4匙/tablespoons

做法 Cooking Methods  
1.
将黑豆放入沸水中煮半小时。
Cook the black bean in boiling water for half an hour.


2.

加入姜和调味料,以慢火煲煮一小时左右,加入香菇纤维和豆腐卜。
Add in ginger and seasonings and cook over low heat for about an hour. Add in shiitake mushroom cubes and fried tofu.


3.
加入果寡糖和苹果醋,以慢火煲煮一小时,加入少许橄榄油即可。
Add in Oligo Answer and apple cider vinegar. Stew over low heat for another one hour. Add in some olive oil and serve.

有机无漂白面粉
Organic Unbleached Plain Flour   
  
80克/grams
有机十谷甜菜燕麦奶粉    
Organic Pink Lady
Beetroot Oat Milk Powder
2匙/tablespoons
有机橄榄油     
Some Organic Olive Oil
备用

Water
150毫升/millilitres
有机南瓜籽
Organic Raw Pumpkin
Seeds for Garnishing

馅料 Filling
有机南瓜(蒸熟,压烂)
Organic Pumpkin (Steamed and Mashed)
150克/grams
有机肉桂粉
Organic Cinnamon Powder
¼茶匙 /teaspoon
有机蔗糖
Organic Unrefined Sugar
2匙/tablespoons

做法 Cooking Methods 
1.
将面粉加水搅拌,加入十谷甜菜燕麦奶粉拌匀,备用。
Mix the unbleached plain flour with water, add in Pink Lady beetroot oat milk powder and stir evenly. Set aside.


2.

热锅,放入肉桂粉,加入南瓜和糖抄拌片刻,备用。Heat the wok. Put in cinnamon powder, mashed pumpkin and unrefined sugar and stir-fry. Set aside.

3.
热平底锅,加少许橄榄油,倒入一些面粉糊,煎成面粉皮,再翻另一面煎。
Heat the pan and add in some olive oil. Pour in some batter to make flour sheet. Turn over to fry the other side.


4.

取出面粉皮,卷上馅料,点缀即可。
Remove the flour sheet. Roll in the filling, garnish and serve.

Organic White Radish (Shredded)

Black Fungus (Shredded)

Organic Chinese Wolfberries
(Premium Goji Berries)
10克/grams
有机生菜 Some Organic Lettuce 备用
水 Water 800毫升/millilitres
 
调味料 Seasonings  
有机84活性海盐(粗)
Organic 84 Live Sea Salt (Coarse) 
½茶匙/teaspoon
有机豆奶粉(低糖)    
Organic Soya Milk Powder
(Low Sugar)
1匙/tablespoon
有机大麦味噌 Organic Barley Miso    
1茶匙/teaspoon
有机蔗糖 Organic Unrefined Sugar 1匙/tablespoon

做法 Cooking Methods 
1.
将水煮沸,加入白萝卜丝、黑木耳丝、洋葱片和枸杞。
Boil the water. Add in shredded white radish, shredded black fungus, sliced onion and Chinese wolfberries.


2.
加入调味料,焖煮至软,再把水分沥掉。
Add in seasonings, braise until soften, drain it.


3.
以生菜包上馅料即可。
Wrap the filling with lettuce and serve.

Black Fungus (Shredded)

Organic Cauliflower (Cut)

有机麦片(幼)
Organic Baby Rolled Oat
2茶匙/tablespoons
水 Water 800毫升/millilitres
 
调味料 Seasonings   
有机大麦味噌 Organic Barley Miso  ½茶匙/teaspoon
有机黑金糖蜜
Organic Blackstrap Molasses
1匙/tablespoon
有机84活性海盐(粗)
Organic 84 Live Sea Salt (Coarse) 
1茶匙/teaspoon

做法 Cooking Methods  
1.
将马铃薯、红萝卜、黑木耳、麦片和水放入煮煲焖。
Braise the potatoes, carrot, black fungus and oat with water in a cooking pot. 


2.
加入调味料拌均,焖半小时, 加入包菜花焖片刻,上碟, 以小麦菜点缀即可。
Add in seasonings and stir well. Braise for half an hour, add in cauliflower and braise for a moment. Dish up and serve.
