External Cleansing Methods
The skin is a major organ for elimination of toxins. It reflects the health and cleanliness of the lungs and large intestine. A clean colon results in clear skin. Skin eruptions are the body's attempt to eliminate poisons not taken care of by the lungs and the large intestine. Not only does the skin need cleansing, so does the energy field, or aura. Therefore different methods for cleansing are introduced.


Sea Salt and Baking Soda

This combination is highly recommended to remove radiation from the body, especially after a flight or after radiation treatments. Soak in a tub of hot water with one pound of sea salt and one pound of baking soda for twenty minutes. For those who are undergoing radiation or chemotherapy, repeat the bath once a week for several months.

Vinegar Bath

The vinegar bath is also good for a clear aura. Add one cup of apple cider vinegar to half a tub of hot water. Soak for twenty minutes.

Aura-cleaning Shower

The "dirt" clinging onto our energy fields are not as noticeable. They are usually negative emotions such as anger, fear, anxiety, etc. Colour visualization can be used to combat this. While taking a shower, visualize water as a turquoise waterfall washing all dirt from the aura and you’ll soon be soothed into tranquillity.


Epsom Salt Bath

Soak in a tub of water where three to four pounds of Epsom Salt has been added. This is an effective way of drawing out the toxins from the skin.

Walking Barefoot

Insomnia and many other illnesses could be due to the accumulation of static electricity in the body. Being in touch with the ground by walking barefoot for ten to twenty minutes daily discharges static electricity from the body and helps promote good health. When walking barefoot on the ground, energy in the body is two times higher than when wearing shoes. 


Internal Cleansing Methods

The colon is the main organ of elimination. It can become a toxic waste dump if regularity is not maintained. A diet of mostly cooked food causes the colon to accumulate waste product, anywhere between five pounds to twenty-five pounds or even more. Skin and other health problems can result from the re-absorption of accumulated waste matter. Bentonite Clay

Bentonite Clay is a special variety of volcanic ash. It has an extremely absorptive power. Make a solution of it by adding clay to water and not the reverse. Use a blender to mix one ounce to one cup of water until a milky fluid is formed. Store the mixture in a glass bottle. No refrigeration is needed. Mix one tablespoon of this mixture in a glass of warm water and drink first thing in the morning. Take another tablespoon in its pure form in the evening as dinner. Do this for two to three weeks. This procedure can be repeated every year or every few years.


Colonic Irrigation

Like a pipe with long term usage, sludge is often developed inside. Cleansing the colon of old sludge is a procedure known as colonic irrigation. Water is flushed repeatedly with the aid of a machine. This procedure takes about one hour and is administered by trained specialists. 


Raw Vege & Fruits as Body Cleanser

Fresh uncooked vegetables and fruits are excellent body cleansers. For example, the natural fibre works like brooms and brushes in keeping the colon clean. Lemon: Mix the juice of one lemon and take with warm water first thing in the morning. It is a good kidney cleanser as well as a natural laxative.



Watermelon: For kidney infection, take a slice every 30 minutes. One can go on a 1 to 3 day 
watermelon diet, eating as much watermelon as one likes and taking no other food. This gives the digestive and eliminative organs a good clean-out. 



Grated apples and carrots are good colon cleansers.
