Fasting is an effective and safe method of detoxifying the body – a technique that has been used for centuries to heal sickness. Procedures for Two Days Fasting

Day 1 & 2
   
   Breakfast 1 Red Apple + Nutritious Meal Replacement  + 1-2 slices Wholemeal Bread
  


   Lunch Light Meal (Vegetable Porridge/ Noodles Soup/ Oats)
  


   Dinner 2 Red Apples/Salad + Nutritious Meal Replacement
 

Day 3 & 4 (Fasting Day)

 

    Organic Vegetable Juice  (2 bottles/ day) + Organic Apple Carrot Juice (1 bottle/ day)

 
 

Day 5

   

   Breakfast

1 Red Apple + 50ml Lukewarm Water + Nutritious Beverage

  

   Lunch

Plain Porridge

  

   Dinner

Plain Porridge + Nutritious Beverage

       
Day 6
 

  Breakfast

50ml Lukewarm Water + 1 Red Apple + Nutritious Beverage




   Lunch

1 Red Apple + Plain Porridge




   Dinner

Light Meal (refer to Day 1 lunch) + 1 Red Apple + Nutritious Beverage

You may choose anywhere convenient to you for fasting, such as your home or your office. However, the fasting person must be 18 years old and above. People with diabetes, gastric, chronic health problem and pregnant women are advised NOT to practise. Meat and fried foods are prohibited through out the programme.
