Procedure :-
Day 1 (22/03/2010 Monday) :
Breakfast : Drink 1 cup of Biogreen Organic Soymilk (sugar
free) - 2 tablespoon + Biogreen-5 Grain Oatmilk - 2
tablespoon and Oat Cereal.
Lunch : Eat 1 apple and drink 1 cup of Biogreen Organic
Soymilk (sugar free) - 2 tablespoon + Biogreen-5 Grain Oatmilk
- 2 tablespoon + Baby Rolled Oat - 2 tablespoon.
Dinner : Eat 1 apple.
Day 2 (23/03/2010 Tuesday) :
Drink only OF-Organic Vegetable Juice or OF-Organic Apple Carrot
Juice and water regularly.
Day 3 (24/03/2010 Wednesday) :
Breakfast : Eat 1 apple.
Lunch : Eat 1 apple and drink 1 cup of Biogreen Organic
Soymilk (sugar free) - 2 tablespoon + Biogreen-5 Grain Oatmilk
- 2 tablespoon + Baby Rolled Oat - 2 tablespoon.
Dinner : Drink 1 cup of Biogreen Organic Soymilk (sugar

or porridge.
Day 4 (25/03/2010 Thursday) :
Back to normal diet.
