Noodles Cooking Method:
Cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until soft, then drain. Serve with your favourite soup, stir-fry them or mix with Spring Onion Ginger Sauce.
CNY Recipe Tips:
- Stir-fry grated ginger till fragrant, then add in sliced mushrooms and shredded black fungus.
- Add in other ingredients (such as shredded carrots) and organic soya sauce to season.
- Pour in soup stock to boil, add in BMS Organics Organic Longevity Noodles and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Lastly, add in sea salt and seasoning powder to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please consume within 30 days or keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days to preserve the quality.
