Noodles Cooking Method:
Cook in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until soft, dish up. Make your favourite soup, fry it or serve with Spring Onion Ginger Sauce.
CNY Recipe Tips:
- Stir-fry grated ginger till fragrant, add in sliced mushrooms and shredded black fungus and stir-fry.
- Add in other ingredients (such as shredded carrots) and organic soya sauce as seasoning.
- Pour in soup stock to boil, add in organic longevity noodles and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Lastly, add in condiments like sea salt and seasoning powder to taste.
