Adult: 1 tablespoon (15ml), 3 times a day
Children: 1 teaspoon (5ml), 1 time a day
O’Forest Organic Coconut Vinegar:
Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of Organic Coconut Vinegar with 250ml water. Stir well and serve.
