Baked Brinjal
For 2 Person
Ingredients:
2 or 3 brinjal , cut small
1 tablespoon dried parsley
Ingredient(B)
1/2 cup cashews
1 piece silken tofu
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Bio-Prebalance Powder
Method:
1. Preheat oven at 170°C.
2. Blend ingredients (B) well and pour into container.
3. Dip Brinjal into batter, garnish with dried parsley, Eden- shake and arrange them on lined baking tray.
4. Bake for about 20 - 30 minutes till golden brown.
