Millet Cake
For 1 Person
Ingredients:
cup organic millet
5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 onion, sliced
4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoon Eden - tamari sauce
2 tablespoon Eden - Olive oil
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
Method:
1. Cook organic millet with water in slow cooker for 3 hours.
2. Saute garlic and onion with Eden - olive oil; mix with cooked organic millet, add sea salt, Eden - tamari sauce and nutritional yeast.
3. Place seasoned organic millet on oven tray, sprinkle dry parsley on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 150°C |
