Chickpea Curry
For 2 Person
Ingredients:
Chickpea (garbanzo) - 200g
Curry Powder(Cayenne Pepper) - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 5 cloves (finely chopped)
Green chillie - 1(finely chopped)
Fresh coriander - 1 teaspoon (chopped)
Eden - Olive Oil (for frying)
Methods:
1. Soak chickpea (garbanzo) for 4 hours then steam for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and add the garlic. Fry on a medium heat for a few seconds and then add chillie.
3. Continue to fry for 30 seconds stirring. Add the chickpea and curry powder and mix well. Fry about 5 minutes, adding a little water if too dry, stir in the coriander and remove from heat.
