Stir Fry Mixed Vegetables
For 1 Person
Ingredients:
1 cup organic Cauliflower
1/2 cup organic french beans
1/4 cup organic carrot, sliced
1/4 cup organic baby corn
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon Eden- Olive oil
1 tablespoon Corn Flour Water
1/2 cup Almond, chopped
1 teaspoon Onion, sliced
1 tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon Eden- Sauerkraut
Method:
1. Saute onion and garlic with water.
2. Add ingredients (A), stir fry for 3 minutes.
3. Add cornstarch water to thicken.
4. Add Eden- olive oil, Eden- sauerkraut and almond last.
