Rainbow Fried Brown Rice
For 2 Person
Ingredients:
3cup organic brown rice short
1/2cup mixed vegetables
1/4cup onion, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Eden-olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon Eden-tamari sauce
1/2piece takashi seaweed, cut small
Method:
1. Saute onion and garlic with Eden- olive oil.
2. Add all other ingredients expect takashi seaweed and stir fry another 2-3 minutes.
3. Lastly add in takashi seaweed.
