FAQ - Shipping and Refund

Shipping & Handling

We ship to most countries worldwide; deliveries are made via GDex for domestic packages and Ta Q Bin for international packages.

Shipping fees are as follows:

Domestic Order

RM15 for first 6kg to Peninsular Malaysia, RM1 for each additional kg.

RM25 for first 2kg to East Malaysia, RM15 for each additional kg.

Free Shipping within Peninsular Malaysia (except West Malaysia) for purchase above RM180 (single transaction).

International Order

We do ship to worldwide; delivery fees are based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of your order. 

Please email us (online@bmsorganics.com) list of products you are interested in along with country that you wish to deliver to. We will then revert back to you on the shipping charges.

We are glad to let you know that there is no minimum order required.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Delivery time within Malaysia is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days for international orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays or promotions, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.


Note:

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Ta Q Bin to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation delays, nor any extra fees, import duties, taxes customs or back end charges once the packages have shipped out of Malaysia. Customs policies vary widely amongst countries; therefore it is beyond our control. Recipient is responsible to apply for import permit or relevant documents according to the respective country requirements.

14-Day Guarantee - Damaged Products

We always try our best to deliver products in perfect condition to you; should you receive any that are damaged or faulty do let us know within 14 days upon receiving the products for us to issue a replacement product free of charge.

Refunds will only be issued to order with products that are out of stock. Our online customer service team will inform you immediately if there is any out of stock products on your order list.
