Ingredients: 

Herbal Broth Soup (included Black Garlic), Tofu Pok, VQ Tofu, Fried Fu Zhok, Mushroom, Red Dates, Goji Berries, Dong Gui Slice and Light Black Soya Sauce.


Instructions:

  1. Remove the paste from freezer and let it thaw for 3-5 mins. 
  2. Prepare a pot and pour the soup paste into the pot (cook over medium heat). 
  3. You may add in enpiko mushroom, enoki mushroom, and cook for about 10-15 minutes. 
  4. Before serving, you may add in some lettuce and broccoli and it is ready to serve. 


素肉骨茶煲

成分:

养身素肉骨茶汤(含黑蒜)、豆腐卜、VQ豆腐、炸腐竹皮、香菇、红枣、枸杞、当归片和黑黄豆酱油。


说明:

  1. 从冰冻箱里取出,让它解冻3-5分钟。
  2. 准备一个锅子,将汤料倒入(用中火慢煮)。
  3. 在煮的过程中您可以选择加入鸡枞菇、金针菇,然后煮至熟即可(大约10 - 15分钟)。
  4. 上桌前您可以放些生菜和西兰花。
