Vegetarian Mushroom Kou Rou: made of organic mushrooms and organic tofu with healthy seasoning, great texture with rich flavor.

素香菇扣肉:采用有机鸡腿菇和有机豆腐配上健康调味料秘制,咬下去有层次感,味道丰富。


Ingredients: 

Traditional Tofu, Eryngii Mushroom, Rice Bran Oil, Garlic, Chili Padi, OF-Light Black Soya Sauce, OF-Thick Black Soya Sauce, Thick Black Sauce, Kombu Granules Seasoning, Zhe Jiang Vinegar, Corn Starch and Water.


Instructions:

  1. Remove from freezer and let it thaw (about 8-10 minutes). 
  2. Move the aluminum bowl into a dish and steam using a pot (about 10 – 15 minutes).
  3. Before serving, you may add some lettuce, spring onion, mantau and it is ready to serve.

传统豆腐、杏鲍菇、米糠油、蒜头、小辣椒、黑黄豆酱膏、黑酱油膏、黑黄豆酱油、昆布调味粉、浙江醋、玉米粉和水。


说明:

  1. 从冰冻箱里取出,让它解冻8-10分钟。
  2. 将料包剪开把锡纸碗放在碟里,然后放进锅里蒸(大约 10 - 15分钟)。
  3. 上桌前您可以选择放些生菜、青葱粒或馒头等。
