When it comes to our own vegetable farms, we are often less picky. Although there is all kinds of blemishes in which vegetables might cover with dirt and holes, or with deep grooves and insect damage, yet we just would like to share that there is not much health risk when eating lightly bruised vegetables. None of these are not affecting the quality and nature flavor of the vegetables but can only prove that they are grown organically without any chemical pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
What a tremendous effort! Love our farmers so much :)
Figs have been popular around the world for centuries. They are both tasty and nutritious. Well-loved for their sweet, mild flavor and multiple uses, figs are low in calories and have no fat. Hence, figs are a great replacement for unhealthy snacks (in moderation). Here are some of the benefits that figs provide you.
Figs contain a variety of anti-cancer substances and possess anti-cancer properties, especially for gastric cancer. In addition, figs are rich in dietary fiber. Thus, the hemicellulose and pectin from figs can help to absorb a variety of toxins after absorbing water and expanding in the large intestine, so as to exert its cleaning effect by improving digestion as well as promoting bowel movement.
