Spinach Noodles is mainly made from organic unbleached plain flour incorporated with spinach juice giving a mild spinach flavour, and are medium to dark green in colour. It is non-fried with no preservatives and colouring.

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until soft. Serve the noodles by mixing them with the sauce or soup of your preference. Recommendation: to fry it or serve with black taucu pumpkin sauce.
