King Oyster Mushroom (cut into slices, 1cm thick)/ Lion’s Mane Mushroom

*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Preheat cooking oil (4 tablespoons) in a frying pan (with medium heat). Add in king oyster mushrooms/ lion’s mane mushroom; fry both sides until golden color. Put the fried mushroom in a ceramic dish; add in long bean, okra and red onion then pour the BMS Organics vegetarian tom yum goong sauce on top.  
  2. Preheat the oven. Put the prepared dish into the oven (temperature: 170 ° C, duration: 6 minutes).
  3. Before serving, may add chopped parsley on top of roasted Portuguese tom yum mushroom.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅把食油(4大匙)倒入预热(用中火),放入猴头菇煎到两面金黄色拿起放进一个陶瓷盘里。然后,陶瓷盘里放入长豆、秋葵和红洋葱再将BMS素食冬阴功酱料铺在食材上。
  2. 可以提早预热烤箱,将铺好BMS素食冬阴功酱料的食材放入烤箱,热度:170°C,时间:6分钟。
  3. 烤好了的葡萄牙式烤菇上可以放入少许的香菜。
