Ingredients/ 成分:

Green chili, rice bran oil, coconut milk, water, onion, lemongrass, coriander, salt, ginger, garlic, plain flour, g seasoning powder (shiitake mushroom, kombu, vegetable protein, nutritional yeast, natural spice, sea salt), unrefined sugar, kaffir lime leave, chilli padi, black pepper, cumin powder and coriander powder.

青辣椒、米糠油、椰奶(椰浆、水)、水、洋葱、香茅、芫荽叶、食用盐、姜、大蒜、小麦粉、复合调味料(香菇、昆布、大豆植物蛋白、酵母抽提物、香辛料、食用盐)、黄糖、罗勒叶、小辣椒、黑胡椒、小茴香粉、芫荽粉 。

*Contain Onion/ 含洋葱

*Without Dairy and Eggs/ 不含乳和蛋

Suggested cooking method/ 建议烹饪方式:

1.Pour 200ml water into a pot, bring it to boil and add in the paste

将200毫升水倒入锅中,煮沸后加入酱料。

2.Add in your favorite vegetables, lion’s mane mushroom or vegetarian meat substitutes

 加入个人喜爱的蔬菜、猴头菇或素料。

3.Finally, add in 100ml coconut milk and cook until boiled

最后,加入100毫升的浓椰浆煮沸即可。

4.Optionally, may add in 80g mashed potato to enhance the consistency of the green curry soup

若要增加咖哩汤的浓稠度,可加入80克的马铃薯泥。


Storage method/ 存放方式:

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week; if keep frozen, please consume within 6 months

一旦开封后,可冷藏并在一星期内食用;若冷冻,则请在六个月内食用完毕。
