Ingredients/ 成分:

Red onion, dried chili, rice bran oil, galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, star anise, cinnamon, curry leaves, water, soya milk powder, salt, g-seasoning (shiitake mushroom, kombu, vegetable protein, nutritional yeast, natural spice, sea salt), soy sauce.

洋葱、干辣椒、米糠油、高良姜、姜黄、香茅、八角茴香、肉桂、调料九里香叶、水、大豆粉、食用盐、复合调味料(香菇、昆布、大豆植物蛋白、酵母抽提物、香辛料、食用盐)、酱油。

*Contain Onion/ 含洋葱

*Without Dairy and Eggs/ 不含乳和蛋

Suggested cooking method/ 建议烹饪方式:

I.Vegetarian Rendang Paste/ 蔬事素食仁当酱料

1.Pour 1 packet of paste into a pan, cook until cooked/ 将1包酱料倒入锅里煮滚。

2.Add in favorite ingredients (e.g. lion’s mane mushroom or any meat substitutes)/ 加入喜欢的食材(如:猴头菇或素料)。

3.Finally, add in 100ml of soya milk or coconut milk, bring it to boil until gravy thickens/ 最后,加入100毫升豆奶或椰浆煮沸,收干水分即可。

Storage method/ 存放方式:

Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 week; if keep frozen, please consume within 6 months

一旦开封后,可冷藏并在一星期内食用;若冷冻,则请在六个月内食用完毕。
