*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Heat the cooking oil (2 tablespoons) (with medium heat) in a pan. Add in fresh mushroom and eggplant, stir-fry for 2 minutes. 
  2. Add in BMS Organics vegetarian curry laksa paste and stir-fry for 5 seconds. Then, pour in water and coconut milk, cook until it is boiled and off flame.
  3. Put the boiled noodles in a bowl, pour in the cooked curry laksa and finally add in cucumber and carrot. It is ready to serve.

制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅放入油(2大匙)(用中火),倒入鲜冬菇、茄子拌炒2分钟。
  2. 加入BMS素食叻沙酱料拌炒5秒后,倒入清水和椰奶继续煮至沸腾熄火即可。
  3. 准备一个碗将面条放入,淋上煮好的材料,最后再放上黄瓜和胡萝卜便完成。
