Broccoli (Cut into small pieces)

BMS vegetarian green curry paste

200gm

Coconut Milk

200ml

Noodle (cooked)

*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Pour 3 tablespoons of cooking oil (50 grams) into a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Then add the king oyster mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes until it is golden brown in color from both sides.
  3. Pour in BMS vegetarian green curry paste and stir for 10 seconds, then follow by water (cook until boiled). After that, put in baby sweet corns, carrots and broccoli.
  4. Cook for another 3 minutes and pour in coconut milk. Once boiled, remove from heat.
  5. Lastly, pour the soup into a bowl and add the noodles. Serve hot!

160克(烫熟后的份量)

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅倒入油3大匙(50gm)(用中火),放入杏鲍菇炒3分钟至两面金黄色。
  2. 倒入BMS素食绿咖哩酱料拌炒10秒,倒入清水(等到水煮沸后),放入玉米笋、胡萝卜和西兰花。
  3. 大约煮3分钟后,就倒入椰奶。煮沸后即可熄火。
  4. 将汤料倒入汤碗后,才将面条放入。
