180gm (Boiled spaghetti)

* Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Heat the cooking oil (3 tablespoons) (with medium heat) in a pan. Add in eggplant and stir-fry until golden color, add in fresh mushroom and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. 
  2. Pour in BMS Organics vegetarian green curry paste, stir-fry for another 10 seconds, add in spaghetti and mix well. Finally, add in coconut milk, cook for another 30 seconds, turn off flame. 
  3. Before serving, may add broccoli on top of green curry spaghetti and it is ready to serve.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅倒入油3大匙(50gm)(用中火),放入茄子煎至两面金黄色后,就可以放入鲜冬菇继续拌炒2分钟。
  2. 倒入BMS素食绿咖哩酱料拌炒10秒,放入意大利面拌均匀,最后把椰奶倒入,再煮30秒即可熄火。
  3. 将西兰花摆放在煮好的绿咖哩意大利面便完成。
