Indonesia Rendang Tofu Recipe

*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Heat the cooking oil (2 tablespoons) (with medium heat) in a pot. Add in carrot and green bean, stir-fry for 1 minute. 
  2. Pour in BMS Organics Vegetarian Rendang paste, stir-fry for 10 seconds, then pour in water and cook until it is boiled.
  3. Add in cabbage, tofu and unrefined sugar.
  4. Cook the cabbage until soft. Add in coconut milk, stir-well and cook until boiled. It is ready to serve.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个锅子放入油(2大匙)(用中火),放入胡萝卜、四季豆拌炒1分钟。
  2. 倒入BMS素食仁当酱料炒10秒,再倒入清水继续煮至沸腾。
  3. 然后,放入包菜、豆腐和黄糖。
  4. 当包菜煮软就可以加入椰奶搅拌,并煮至沸腾即可熄火。
