About our Online Private Group Classroom:
- Class duration: 60 minutes
- Unlimited Pass: You can join all types of classes
- 80 classes per month (20 classes per week)
- 3~4 classes every day
- If students cannot make it to the schedule class time, they can replay video up to 24 hours

1. Neck Shoulder Spine 肩颈脊椎 ; Type: Restorative 恢复 ; Level: 1
The class is designed to ease the pressure of busy working life. These include: improving the stiffness of the shoulder and neck, releasing back pain, improving posture and spine, and also achieving the effect of blood circulation; the meditation process can help reduce stress and promote better sleep at night. This is a comprehensive exercise and it is recommended to practice one or two times a week.
2. Sound Meditation 声音冥想 ; Type: Restorative 恢复 ; Level: 1
Sound Meditation, is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience, intentionally using sound to invite gentle yet powerfully therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Using sound as therapy can provide results for a variety of issues including: sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, pain management.
3. Detox Yoga 排毒瑜伽;Type: Therapeutic 治疗 ; Level: 2
This program uses yoga poses to support the body in eliminating toxins that build up in our body. The sequences include asanas such as: twisting, forward bends, back bends, and stretches, which can help deeply massage the digestive tract, activate and detox the liver and pancreas, improve your immune system.
4. Shaping Yoga 塑形瑜伽;Type: Shaping 塑形 ;Level: 2
This is a fitness shaping yoga. In practice, it is combined with Pilates and fitness equipment to effectively enhance physical strength and shape, promote blood circulation, which helpful for reducing fat and weight loss. Fitness shaping captures 3 large pieces: (1) beautiful buttocks (2) waist and abdomen shaping (3) back muscles’ strength to improve upper body posture.
5. Abs on Fire 核心肌全身锻炼;Type: Circuit Training 循环训练;Level: 3
Abs on Fire is a form of body conditioning that helps to strengthen the core and major muscle groups for a stronger and leaner physique/body/you! This exercise include Tabata, Circuit Training, which is a combination of muscle strength and cardio-pulmonary exercise, which enhances the general fitness conditioning and is especially effective for those who want to slim down.

6. Fast Burn 高效燃脂瑜伽 ; Type: Interval Training 间歇训练 ; Level: 3
The principle of HIIT（high-intensity interval training) is high movement + low intensity or rest combination, which achieves the magical effect of movement. We use yoga as an intermittent repair, stretching, calming, it will effectively repair the body to make high-intensity exercises explosive, more effective; it will also eliminate lactic acid, increase body flexibility; yoga allows practice to find focus in breathing to repair, stress relief.
