In Chinese, it is called Ma Ti Su, Beh Teh Soh or Hiong Piah. It is literally translated as “Horseshoe Biscuit”. It is also called Heong Paeng by the Cantonese or retranslated into “fragrant puff” or “aromatic puff”.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Maltose, Unrefined Sugar*, Vegetable Oil (Palm Olein), Black Sesame Powder, Black Sesame Seed, Oat (Non-Gmo), Buckwheat, Soya Lecithin (Non-Gmo), Brown Rice, Black Rice, Red Rice, Pearl Barley, Amaranth, Wheat, Black Bean, Flaxseed, Himalayan Salt & Water

Tips:

Preheat the oven to 180°C, place the biscuit and bake for 2 minutes. It is ready to serve in purpose of getting more fragrant and original crispy taste.
