Brown rice has higher nutritional value compared to white rice. The process that produces brown rice removes only the outermost layer (hull) of the rice kernel and thus retains most of its nutrients. Regular consumption of brown rice may help to improve overall health, and it is a healthier alternative to white rice!

Suggested Serving:

Soak in water for 25 – 30 minutes prior to cooking to soften the grains. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of brown rice or add the water according to your preference of softness. You may also cook with other grains or as porridge.

No artificial preservatives added. After opening, please keep in cool dry place and consume within 90 days for its best quality.
