*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Heat the cooking oil (500ml) (with medium heat) in a pot. Add in lion’s mane mushroom and fry until crispy golden brown color, set aside. 
  2. Fry the potatoes until golden brown using the same pot. 
  3. Pour BMS vegetarian rendang paste into another pan, stir-fry for 10 seconds; add in fried lion’s mane mushroom and potatoes, stir-fry until it is well-mixed and it is ready to serve.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个锅子放入油(500ml)(用中火),放入猴头菇炸至金黄色、酥脆即可捞起备用。
  2. 放入土豆炸至金黄色,捞起备用。
  3. 准备另一个平底锅(用慢火),倒入BMS素食仁当酱料炒10秒,放入炸好的猴头菇和土豆搅拌均匀即可熄火。
