*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Heat the cooking oil (1 tablespoon) (with medium heat) in a pan. Add in beaten eggs and fry. Shred the fried egg and set aside. 
  2. In the same pan, add in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (with medium heat), vegetarian chicken nuggets/ sliced mushroom, long beans and carrots and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the BMS Organics vegetarian sambal paste and mix-well (using low heat), then pour in rice and mix-well. 
  4. Finally, pour in eggs (with medium heat) and fry for another 3 minutes. It is ready to serve.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅放入油1大匙(15gm)(用中火),将鸡蛋打散煎熟(切小块状备用)。
  2. 使用同一个平底锅倒入油 2大匙(30gm)(用中火),放入素鸡块/白蘑菇块、长豆和胡萝卜拌炒1分钟。
  3. 倒入BMS素食叁巴酱料拌一拌(用慢火),再倒入米饭继续搅拌均匀。
  4. 最后倒入鸡蛋(用中火)炒3分钟即可熄火。
