Thai Tom Yum Vermicelli Recipe

Vermicelli (pre-soak in water for 10 minutes)

120gm (soaked vermicelli)

*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods: 

  1. Put the vermicelli and bean sprouts in boiling water and boiled for 10 seconds; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the cooking oil (1 tablespoon) (with medium heat) in a pan. Add in beaten eggs and fry. Shred the fried egg and set aside. 
  3. In the same pan, add in cooking oil (1 tablespoon), dried tofu and spinach, stir-fry for 1 minute, then add in BMS Organics vegetarian Tom Yum Goong paste and cook for another 30 seconds. 
  4. Finally, add in the vermicelli, bean sprouts and shredded eggs, stir-fry until it is well-mixed. Turn off the flame and it is ready to serve. 


泰式酸辣米粉

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 米粉和豆芽放入沸水中烫10秒,即可捞上沥干水分备用。
  2. 准备一个平底锅放入油(1大匙)(用中火),将鸡蛋打散煎熟(煎成薄片状、然后将它切丝备用)。
  3. 使用同一个平板锅(用中火),放入油(1大匙)、豆干和菠菜拌炒1分钟,再放入BMS素食冬阴功酱料继续拌炒30秒。
  4. 最后,将米粉、豆芽和鸡蛋丝放入并拌炒均匀即可熄火。
