BMS Organics Curry Laksa Paste

*Wash all vegetables before cook


Cooking Methods:

  1. Heat the cooking oil (4 tablespoons) (with medium heat) in a pan. Add in soy fish and fry until golden color and set aside. 
  2. In the same pan, add in BMS Organics Vegetarian Curry Laksa Paste and stir-fry for 10 second (with medium heat). Then, add in water, tomatoes, unrefined sugar and tomato sauce, stir-fry until it is well-mixed. 
  3. Once it is boiled, pour in coconut milk and finally add in fried soy fish / tofu and cook for another 5 minutes (using low heat). Off flame and it is ready to serve.

*把所有蔬菜清洗干净备用


制作过程:

  1. 准备一个平底锅放入油(4大匙)(用中火),将素鱼煎至金黄色即可拿起,放一边备用。
  2. 使用同一个平底锅放入BMS 素食叻沙酱料拌炒10秒(用中火),放入清水、西红柿、黄糖和番茄酱搅拌均匀。
  3. 煮沸后,再倒入椰奶,最后放入素鱼/北豆腐煮5分钟(用慢火),熄火即可。
